It's stillll not over.

It's been a few days now. Finals are complete. Yet, I still am not allowed to sleep. I took Lezley to the airport at 8:30, and now after 2 runs to kinkos and 2 runs to CVS within an hour and a trip to Krispy Kreme (we ate half a dozen donuts before we even got back home), Kendra finally has everything just about set for her Brazil trip. I am taking her to the airport at 3:40 a.m. so sleep is useless at this point. Kendra is currently about to wax her lip. I think that is unecessary, but it makes her happy. I am just trying to stay alive until I have to drop her off. News Flash: Kendra's music vanished from her laptop! That's a downer. Most of it was illegally obtained so maybe this is God's way of punishing her. Don't get hot chocolate from Krispy Kreme. It's not that great. They make it with water. Ok, that's all for now. Everyone left me. Just me and Gilbert. So sad.

It's not over til it's over.

What's going on:
•Kendra is leaving for Brazil in approximately 12 hours! ahh so cool!
•Lezley is arriving from Savannah in about an hour! Pretty sweet too!
•I have one final left in 1 hour and 45 min....I really really should be studying right now..Not cool!
•Noemi left Tuesday for 1 year and 1/2..kind of depressing since all forms of communication have been cut except snail mail.
•Gilbert is vacationing in Roswell next week! Yes!
•There is a bag with fake hair in it on Kendra's desk and I have no idea why..it's really weirding me out.
•I just sucked up to a teacher for the first time in hopes of getting an A.
•Kendra and I have slept very little this past week, and we are pretty much out of food. We have been living off of saltine crackers, but I just finished those off...so not really sure what we are going to do now.
•My bro bro's 23rd birthday was Monday.
•My sister's birthday is tomorrow..she is going to be 18..that doesn't feel right. She's too old to be my little sister.

That's all. I am going to miss Kendra showing me her zits and asking me to "encourage" her to wake up every morning and tell her when her obnoxious alarm clock is going off because she sleeps right through it for the next 10 days.

I have a dream...that one day Gilbert will be a better kitten.

After receiving some advice from my dear friend Vickie-toria, I am renaming Gilbert. His new and improved name will be MARTIN LUTHER KING, Jr. Her theory is that the misbehaving kitty problem lies in the name. If we had named Gilbert after someone more peaceful, like Gandhi or Martin Luther King Jr., then Gilbert would have been a better behaved little man. I figure it's never too late for change, so I am going to start calling him Martin Luther King, Jr. Kendra will probably still be calling him Gilbert after Gilbert Grape, and that's cool. But I want to see if Vickie has anything going with this theory of hers.
